The above does reset the MD-2810-08 on power-on, then floats RSTIN# on the
DOC.  The module is mapped at 0xd2000. To see the module unmap the D0 region
in BC_XMAP_2; GX_BASE + 0x800c [19:16] =0000b.

After much beeping and poking around with camelforth+libpayload  as a
coreboot payload
