[coreboot] [PATCH] fix SB800 CIMX "multi-character constant warning"

Hello,

 

compile the original AMD SB800 CIMX code, GCC would complain “multi-character 
constant warning”.

This patch using 'Int32FromChar' macro replace the multi-character constant to 
fix it.
