You can download specific releases of subtrees through trac: http://tracker.coreboot.org/trac/coreboot/changeset/6448/trunk/util/nvramtool?old_path=%2F&old=6448&format=zip Some snapshots are kept here: http://qa.coreboot.org/snapshots/ Other than that there are no separate archives for sub projects. If this helps you, feel free to host them on your website. But a complete coreboot tree bzipped is only 4.5MB, so it's not incredibly big.
