Several: * Are you selecting NORTHBRIDGE_INTEL_I945GC in your mainboard Kconfig file? Then you are using code for the wrong chipset. You need to select NORTHBRIDGE_INTEL_I945GM. * Are you using the coreboot reference toolchain? If not, and the above does not work, please build the coreboot reference toolchain with util/crossgcc/buildgcc, then delete your .xcompile file.
