Fix mptable build troubles
A missing mptable.c file got passed jenkins, got merged
and broke the build. Hopefully finally fix this.
Deletes unused files:
src/mainboard/asus/dsbf/mptable.c
src/mainboard/supermicro/x7db8/mptable.c
