ARMv7: Make ABI compatible to reference toolchain
Our reference toolchain uses -mabi=aapcs whereas we started
forcing -mabi=aapcs-linux. Drop this to prevent ABI incompatibility.
Also drop -fno-common since that's set in the top level Makefile.inc
already.
