libpayload: Remove unnecessary include of arch/msr.h
The functions defined in that header aren't used anywhere in the actual
code,
and that include breaks things on ARM.
Built for ARM with COREBOOT_VIDEO_CONSOLE turned on and saw compiler
errors go away.
