[coreboot] Please test proposed tool chain with GCC 4.8.1, binutils 2.23.2, …

Dear coreboot folks,


as GCC 4.8.1 is pretty new, it would be nice if you could help making
sure, that nothing breaks and test the new tool chain [1] by building an
image with it and build it for your board.
