[coreboot] how to start all ap under smm

Hi all,


    I am now working on a project which need DTS(Digital Thermal Sensor) 
support.
    But I find that I can't to run  a handler on every ap and bsp in 
smm_handler_start in smm_module_handler.c .
    Is there a simple way to make it easier to run a handler on all aps and bsp?
