Hi Dima: Currently config for T400 could mostly be used for T400s, except UDELAY_IO should be used instead of the default UDELAY_LAPIC, otherwise EC will be unable to access during power cycle, but become accessible after a reboot.
Have you observed any similar phenomina? Besides, T400s has sata 5 and 6 as Esata on its back and dock.
