With the hard SPI hang now resolved, the D16 has full debug logging enabled, which has allowed the race condition causing these spurious test failures to become apparent. In the log it appears that during multicore startup in ramstage something causes a deadlock condition; my initial suspects would be the console spinlock or one of the NVRAM spinlocks. Suggestions as to other potential causes (e.g. if something like this has happened on other boards) is always welcome! - -- Timothy Pearson Raptor Engineering +1 (415) 727-8645 (direct line) +1 (512) 690-0200 (switchboard) https://www.raptorengineering.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJY98QoAAoJEK+E3vEXDOFbY+wIAISpz++/GNbbwCsWF3w7dM+r Z+TsdlJtDA4yQZbtr3PCz0f40Q/GqCUQE13oT4x0yVhedX233pMTKUObR68KvTza sWVk53dwuZreIufpFkUFYFmmsXs76801rCvhR+BMOyrs8fh3ecM5WDfhGJgrbxtR Ow2ExZPj0gGB3zGTifHBHaaYl4n4V6qwrjhfDpn1AGR5AdvNbDQyCHYf8tswKm7b CM953JNv59UaOMSM2+bPZpOh8Umj/kvSVU8S9lTisf6gs1yZAKvc+eH0tWym/VTg NGOLS/tvyzYYHver9bV2P1UUn15RaWu/FhQWVlrHPs2yXED2rDcCF9KXURt/TsQ= =51Iw -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- coreboot mailing list: [email protected] https://mail.coreboot.org/mailman/listinfo/coreboot
