[coreboot] PCI-e hot plug on KGPE-D16 [SR-5690]

I checked the SR-5690 datasheet and I noticed it supports PCI-e hotplug, 
I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so how I can do it?

I want to be able to hard reset cards don't play nice with VFIO and end 
up non-responsive and requiring a system reboot to be assigned again 
(nvidia of course)
