As someone who has ported Coreboot onto a custom E3845 board I can definitively 
say yes it does. But you will need to reference the Coreboot documentation 
pages on how to do so.

I also strongly recommend searching the Coreboot mailing list archives and 
joining Intel's embedded forums. The latter you will need to use to get support 
as to why your hardware isn't booting because Intel's manual for that processor 
is really bad in parts. You will also need an NDA with Intel in order to get 
the TXE package with the tools to create the proper boot image. Yes, there are 
workarounds but it's easier with the real thing. Not sure if the FSP is covered 
by NDA or not, but you will need it too.
