If this ME/PSP thing matters to you, AMD no-PSP usually have a better performance than Intel no-ME, but Intel with-ME could have a better performance than AMD no-PSP. It all depends on which boards you are comparing between each other. Try to find out how good is the availability of various coreboot boards to you, then compare their performance.
