[coreboot] Difference between GA-B75M-D3V and GA-B75M-D3H?

Hi,

Noticed someone running a GA-B75M-D3V with coreboot but that it hadn't had
a status report since 2017. I did notice that GA-B75M-D3H is still around
though with a status from may of 2019.

Is the GA-B75M-D3H supported in the latest master? What's the difference
between these two?
