[coreboot] How does coreboot support AMD X3421 (Carrizo)?

Dear Madam or Sir,
        coreboot is so great!
        I have a HP MicroServer Gen10 with AMD Opteron X3421 (Carrizo) and 16GB 
ECC memory.
        Will coreboot work well with my hardware platform? Can I update to 
coreboot with AFUWIN?
