I guess this work is still needed, seeing only these recent changes at "Memtest86+ fork" repository - https://review.coreboot.org/q/project:memtest86plus . Another thing which I guess may be useful, is rebasing the coreboot-specific "Memtest86+ fork" patches on top of the latest official Memtest86+ version 5.31b - https://www.memtest.org/#downcode . CC'ing Patrick Rudolph for more details (since it was his ticket 3 years ago)
