## Minutes
### [Yidi Lin] Gerrit's `reviewers.config` hasn't been synced from
`MAINTAINERS` since 2025-07-07.
* Maintainer changes made since then don't affect auto-assigned reviewers.
Could someone check the Jenkins sync job?
* FelixS: Will look into / fix today (28.09) or tomorrow
### [Max] The sheer amount of mainboards we have gets our jenkins builder to
its limits these days. We should think about ways to optimize this.
* I did a first attempt here:
[https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/96234](https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/96234).
Its mostly slop coded, but I did try it on a server. Needs proper review by
others and myself (which is why I marked it WIP). Maybe it’s something we could
do on a “trial” basis.
* FelixS: We have a server we can use for these kinds of tests. So we can
set up a dedicated builder for playing around until we have something ready.
### [FelixS] Updating the coreboot website.
* We have had the discussion here sometime ago about updating the coreboot
website. And I spoke about it with a friend who is a developer and it seems he
has the resources to get it done. So I wanted to bring up the topic so we could
share our thoughts.
* MattD : We will revisit this topic in 2 weeks or when a proposal is ready.
## Completed Agenda Items
* Send out poll with regards to LLM usage (requested by SFC)
* Matt: To review coreboot’s current coding style guidelines and add
clarification where needed:
(https://doc.coreboot.org/contributing/coding_style.html).
# Next Leadership Meeting Date
* November 11, 2026.
* [coreboot Calendar](https://coreboot.org/calendar.html).
# Notice
Decisions shown here are not necessarily final and are based
on the current information available. If there are questions or comments
about decisions made, or additional information to present, please put
it on the leadership meeting agenda and show up if possible to discuss
it.
Of course items may also be discussed on the mailing list, but as it's
difficult to interpret tone over email, controversial topics frequently
do not have good progress in those discussions. For particularly
difficult issues, it may be best to try to schedule another meeting.
