On May 15, 2016, the CoreOS security team was alerted to a major remote
SSH security vulnerability impacting the latest alpha version of CoreOS
Linux. Details of that vulnerability and steps taken to remediate the
issue are described in detail on our blog [1]. This vulnerability
impacts a subset of users who are running CoreOS Linux Alpha,
specifically versions 1045.0.0 and 1047.0.0. To understand immediately
if you are affected, please follow the instructions outlined in the blog
post. If you have any questions, please join us on Freenode [2].
