I'd be interested in this for sure. I have experience with Terraform and like this tool, so if I could get some help in understanding the rest of the picture (i.e. how Tectonic Installer is structured, how Kubernetes should be set up etc.), I'd love to work on it.
I think the main challenge as far as I am concerned is that I still don't know how to install Kubernetes successfully on Container Linux/DigitalOcean. I've tried the official guide, but it doesn't work in the end (as the API server isn't available on 10.3.0.1).
