FYI, I've just disabled posting and comment-adding to the bug- and patch-trackers. Admins can still do that, but no one else.
We've always made it clear that problem reports should go to [email protected]. Now, each message to that list is added to the new http://debbugs.gnu.org/coreutils tracker.
