problem with test suite on coreutils 8.16

Hi,

Im having a problem building coreutils 8.16 on an arm processor.  It
fails "make  RUN_EXPENSIVE_TESTS=yes check" on cp/parent-perm-race.
Is this an expected fail on arm?

The test-suite.log is attached.
