Konsole has a built-in read-only profile which has hyperlinks disabled, and
you cannot enable them because, well, it's read-only.

You can create a new profile, and even configure that to be the default.
Or you can switch profile runtime, but that doesn't enable hyperlinks
retroactively, only newly printed ones will work.

The Hamburger menu and the Right-click menu both have a Create New Profile;
under which it's Mouse -> Miscellaneous -> Allow escape sequences for links.

Use Hamburger -> Settings -> Configure Konsole -> Profiles, or Hamburger ->
More -> Settings -> Manage Profiles to set the default profile, edit
existing ones, etc.

I use GNOME Terminal just like you, compared to that I want to scream every
time I have to fiddle with Konsole's settings, I feel every step is about
as badly designed as it could be :(
