At the moment, I don’t have plans to add a SIMD implementation for
GearHash. It’s something I’m curious about, but I don’t currently have
the bandwidth to work on the PRF portion. The u8->u32 and u8->u64
injection using lookup tables is not SIMD-ish and needs to be replaced
with a fast PRF.
