Functional BPR Analyst Duration: 9 months + Location: Linthicum, MD Bill Rate: $65 – 70 Per hour Primary job duties: Responsibilities (refer to Statement of Work) in order of importance: Prepare BR100 CR updates to maintain BR100 AR master documents for Application Configuration and Setups Resolve BR100 issues/ problems Assist Production Support on MNTs and PMRs Conduct and participate in peer reviews in accordance with CMMI Level 3 protocols. Maintain high customer satisfaction on BR100 AR tasks. Provide high quality functional support services to customer. Experience with Problem Management and Change Management Able to multi-task and work across many teams Basic Skills / Minimum Yrs Basic Skill 1 & Yrs Exp: Strong understanding of Oracle AIM BR100 methodology (5 years or more) Basic Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Strong understanding of Oracle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables experience (5 years or more) Basic Skill 3 & Yrs Exp: Strong customer support skills including writing and oral communications (5 years or more) Basic Skill 4 & Yrs Exp Strong understanding in Oracle SQL*Plus and PL/SQL (5 years or more) Must be able to work onsite. Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
