Project Manager Detriot, MI 6 Months Project Candidate should have very strong Project Management skill (Preferably PMP Certified), with wide experience in implementing ERP/Manufacturing solutions (SAP, MfgPro)at large Corporations. Functional expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or Engineering is preferred and added advantage. To define strategy and manage the QAD launch / implementation of QAD Core model at various Visteon sites in the Americas region (North and South America). The Candidate will be a liaison between Visteon Senior Management, technical and functional launch teams. This is a key Launch position for the Visteon global QAD/MFGPRO system rollout. Coordinate, Drive and execute source data discovery, field data mapping transformation rule definitions, Data migration validations processes, data cleasing, testing and implementing the QAD solution by leveraging the cross functional team from Visteon and business partners. Candidate will be responsible for driving to meet the project objectives. Assess current state, develop methodologies for driving lessons learned/process improvements for the subsequent new site launches. Candidate will be responsible for accessing, defining and mitigating the risk to closure. 1. Expert in Project Management, with proven delivery experience in implementing ERP/Manufacturing solutions in a global environment. 2. Strong Functional expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or engineering to define and execute data migration plan (Knowledgeable in the ERP data model and dependencies). 3. Experience in Data migration / data loading activities (Field Mapping, Applying transformation and conversion rules, Data cleasning and Validations prior to migrating from one platform to another Platform. ) from Mainframe systems - will be an added advantage. Manage across cross-functional business and techinal teams and provide metrics on progress to launch plan. The Candidate will directly interact the Visteon Launch Program Manager, CG Managers and across cross-functional business and technical team leads at the site to meet the Project Objectives. Candidate should have strong Communication skills.
