*Duties :*

This person will be expected to develop, but will also lead development
projects and perform associated tasks.  These tasks may include assigning
programming jobs to junior staff, interfacing with internal customers,
gathering and understanding functional requirements, triaging reported bugs
in existing systems.  Customer will also look to this person to assist in
the creation of Web development standards and practices (as time permits).



*Technical Experience:*

*Required Elements**:* The breakdown of work looks like:

·        40% - .NET development (C#)

·        40% - Technical lead/programming management

·        20% - Application triage and troubleshooting

The best candidate for the position will be highly independent with good
judgment skills.  Customer needs to be able to entrust this person with
getting the day-to-day job done without his constant involvement, but knows
when to bring things to his input (or political intervention).
