This is Lisa from AMYTEK Inc. we are looking for TITLE Business Analyst LOCATION FL ROLE Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for working directly with Management, Business Owners, and Users. This job requires good analytical capabilities, problem solving skills, familiarity with relational database concepts, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal communication / coordination skills. Individuals will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project methodology stages, to research, analyze, evaluate, propose and document software solutions in partnership with business units and partners to develop and implement business initiatives. Additionally, this individual will be required to document the customers Information Technology needs by utilizing a variety of methods and previous experience to produce the required results to ensure the success of a project. Analyze, research, and evaluate existing business systems and processes to establish and document business rules, business process models, business user requirements, gap analysis, functional requirements specifications, technical designs, and identify possible implications to existing solutions and/or processes. Lead and facilitate meetings and interviews with management, business owners and users to define, establish, and document business objectives and requirements, and foster communications with business users and team members. Enhance, maintain and apply knowledge and understanding of industry standard Business Analysis practices and philosophies; analysis techniques, requirements gathering techniques and tools. Enhance, maintain and apply knowledge and understanding of business practices and philosophies; technical infrastructure, analysis techniques and tools. Communicate professionally, effectively and tactfully with management, business users, team members, other employees, consultants, and business partners. Function effectively independently or within a team environment with limited supervision.
