*6 months* Hyperion Essbase (System 9) Architect to provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, and implementation of business analytics related to financial reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting. This position will work directly with PMO to design, develop and implement effective technical solutions in support of existing business requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise with Hyperion Essbase and related technologies Develop and present recommendation and technical solutions in support of identified business requirements Design, develop, and implement Essbase technical solutions that leverage and incorporate Hyperion's technology toolsets and technologies Provide technical support for multiple Hyperion products including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning Act in a technical and functional lead capacity for a planned implementation Establishes standards for the technology including identification of appropriate uses for all options within the Essbase technology stack (ASO, BSO, Data Integrator, System 9 / OBIEE) Skills and Experience 7+ years IT industry experience 4+ years technical design and programming experience with Hyperion Essbase – System 9 experience required Experience providing technical and functional support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning Experience with Hyperion Essbase calculation scripts and Hyperion Planning business rules.
