A large company is looking for an APEX Developer for a 6 month contract starting December 29th. Exact Job Duties to be Performed: Design, develop, test and install APEX applications and support PL/SQL on the new Global Transaction Processing system. Additional responsibilities encompass application and systems' documentation, test file/case preparation and other related duties. Provide support for production implementation as necessary. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: . 1 - 2 year's APEX development (APEX is Oracle's "Application Express" rapid development tool for data centric web applications) required . 2 - 3 year's database development experience in PL/SQL required . Working experience in Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g required . Unix experience is a plus . Must be a team player . Banking applications experience preferred . Individual must possess strong application system design skills . Must be able to work independently, and possess good organizational and communication skills Required Qualifications Only: . 4-year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant working experience required . 1 - 2 year's APEX development required . 2 - 3 year's database development experience in PL/SQL required .
