We are helping our client to fill a role of *GIS Analyst.* Here is the job description for your reference, please go through it and let me know if you would like to move forward with this opportunity. *Position *: *GIS Analyst*** *Location : Raleigh, NC * *Duration : 6 months * * * Our Client is seeking a short term contractor to provide GIS (Geographic Information and Analysis) programming and application development support within the CGIA Services Program. The support work will include developing in a .NET environment using ESRI desktop (ArcObjects) and server-side technologies (ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server). Desktop development projects will focus on the creation and automation of QA/QC processes for evaluating spatial datsets. Server development will focus on the development of a portal for the discovery and distribution of spatial datasets. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: * * * * *Required:* •Experience with Microsoft .NET development environment. •Experience with ESRI ArcGIS desktop software, including Model Builder.
