Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams and the product vendor to coordinate implementation schedules for problem fixes and enhancements. Minimum 1-3 years experience in supporting vendor software packages deployed in WebSphere Application Server environment as well as experience working with IBM middleware products. Proficiency working with the following: WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ Series, WebSphere MQ Workflow, WBIMB, Oracle 9x, DB2, AIX. This team supports a 3rd party application in a UNIX/Oracle environment. This team does not do any coding or UNIX administration. They provide support between the application and the platform to ensure everything is running smoothly. Experience with Actuate is a big plus!!
