Candidate should be able to manage activities such as OS installation, administration, software installation and OS trouble shooting. Candidates should have a strong understanding of X86 Hardware (experience in HP and Dell Systems a plus), drivers, Windows security, TCP/IP networking and VMWare. Experience with PlateSpin, PowerConvert or any P2P migration software is a plus. Candidates must be able to analyze performance and error messages to identify system issues and suggest corrective action. P2V (Physical to Virtual) experience a plus. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must also have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
