Individual must have a strong understanding of EDI transaction sets. Primary duties will involve developing a VB 2005 program to parse the 837 files that are incoming and storing in a SQL Server 2005 database. Person will then be tasked with creating another VB 2005 application to pull the information from the SQL Server database and generate an 835 file. 3rd party component tools will be used as well. Basically this person would write the VB code. They are receiving an 837 Claim File from Blue Cross Anthem and are sending back an 835 Remittance. * * * *Must have excellent communication skills; strong business acumen and able to produce immediately.
