ORIGINAL SKILL REQUEST: Thorough knowledge of Remedy ARS development environment for v7.1 or higher (Remedy API is a plus) ü Minimum of 4 years Remedy development experience ü Disciplined approach to Remedy Object identification and configuration control ü (Version Control) including knowledge of Remedy Migrator (experience with IBM Rational ClearCase is a plus) ü Ability to translate requirements into a well architected/integrated Remedy solution ü Working knowledge of the Remedy ITSM 7 suite of applications, such as Problem, Incident, Service Request, Change and Asset management, etc. ü Experience with AIX/UNIX platforms (IBM DB2 skills are a plus) ü Experience with web skills - Remedy Mid-tier running on IBM WebSphere ü Self-starter with ability to get work done independently ü ITIL Foundation concepts for CMDB, Problem, Incident and Service Request management. ü Strong communication skills ü Minimum of 4 years Remedy development experience is desired ü Remedy certification and ITIL Foundation Certification a plus!
