Please respond to [email protected] Position: FileNet Administrator Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 Months Rate: BEST RATE Our client is looking for a FileNet Administrator who will be responsible for planning, implementation and support of FileNet Content Engine, Application Engine and Business Process Management on Solaris and Windows operating systems. This position may also include designing and documenting client recovery solutions. Position will provide production support for CIB Workflow and Imaging based on IBM FileNet and/or EMC Documentum. Individual will also be involve with standardizing implementations, ensuring consistent documentation, daily operation, service metrics and disaster recovery plans. Ideal candidate will have experience with FileNet/Documentum image services and content management; a track record with troubleshooting; fault isolation and remediation of FileNet products deployed in a JBoss J2EE environment. Daily duties could involve change management, code promotions, providing development assistance, configuration and implementation of managed service offerings. Duties include installation and maintenance updates of the FileNet application and/or Documentum application. Support of BPM workflows within the CIB line of business. Provide technical assistance related to FileNet to CIB lines of business and related support teams. Develop and implement project plans; complete required architecture and system configurations for the CIB FileNet environments. Ideal candidate will have 4 years experience in supporting and implementing FileNet with a demonstrable record of production support as well as development assistance and software life cycle procedures. Administration of Documentum is beneficial. JBoss experience preferred, J2EE clustering a plus. Understanding of FileNet specific architecture and fixed storage devices such as MSAR, CSAR and SSAR. Authentication mechanisms such as LDAP & OBLIX desired. Experience in Windows Server 2003/2008 or Linux application support and system administration beneficial.
