** *we are looking for * *Job Title Business Analyst (110777)* Location NC Job Description Years Experience 3-5 years Description: **This is not a Coordinator or Lead role** * We are looking for a business analyst to join the EAM project to support the System Testing Phase of the project. * The EAM project will consolidate the Carolinas and Midwest Work Management and Supply Chain systems onto a common platform (Maximo). Responsibilities include: 1. Execution of manual system test scripts on the Core Maximo Application 2. Execution of manual Interface test scripts on custom built interfaces (with various technologies) 3. Documentation of testing defects identifed during testing 4. Communication with Technical Fix-It team members to assist with defect resolution 5. Retesting of various defects identified during the testing phase. Comments: Request the following skills / experience: 1. Experience in large scale systems implementations (Must Have) 2. Experience as a business analyst on a testing team (Must Have) 3. Experienced completing project deliverables required to support testing efforts, such as system test scripts and defect tracking. (Must Have) 4. Quick Learner (Must Have) 5. Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written (Must Have) 6. Analytical thinker (Must Have) 7. Ability to work in a matrixed team environment, with employees and consultants (Must Have) 8. Comfortable working with resources in various locations, including an offshore development team (Must Have) 9. Working knowledge of MicroSoft office products (Must Have) 10. Exposure to Mercury's Quality Center/Test Director tool (Nice to Have) 11. Oracle database experience (Nice to Have) 12. Experience with Work Management or Supply Chain systems (Must Have) 13. Exposure to Maximo version 6.2.3 (or an earlier version), (Nice to Have) 14.
