Please respond to [email protected] Position: DB2 Developer Location: Chicago, IL & Indianapolis, IN Project Overview: Developing Stored Procedures on a Mainframe to retrieve, calculate and store data. Technologies: Z/OS version 8, DB2 database, Razor SQL, Stored Procedure Builder Challenges that need resolution (examples): 1) Terminators at the end of the end-if statements inside the stored procedures are throwing compile errors that seem to be conflicting with terminators at end of SQL statements 2) DB2 views are scaling the intermediate results fields (e.g. if we pay 20% tax and multiply by net income of 122,222.88 it comes out to be a whole number of 24,444 vs a number with a decimal of 24,444.58) Duration: 1 to 3 weeks depending on required fixes and internal resource availability and ability to learn quickly Start: as early as next week (once approved) Location: TBD (I do not have this detail yet so if travel is required, please include that in the rate).
