These are the skill sets that we are looking for: * SAP Finance Functional * SAP OTC Functional (Order to Cash) * SAP PSM Functional (Plant Source Make) * SAP BW/BI Functional Appropriate candidates will have 3-5 years of recent hands on experience. The functional analyst skills break out for SAP: they look to have individual with an area of expertise in OTC (order to cash), PSM (plant source make) & a Finance person. Functional Skills Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Description: Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job Provide process resolution to incidents and problems for the specific functional area Main Accountabilities ü Carries out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience. Demonstrates an understanding of the issues of interest to the client organisation and proposes viable solutions within the scope of own expertise, taking into account the needs of those affected. ü Recognises needs outside own area of knowledge, recognises how these areas relate, requests and works effectively with additional expertise as necessary. ü Maintains detailed knowledge of current practice within own area of expertise. Is aware of current developments within own area of expertise. Develops awareness, and in some cases detailed knowledge, of areas outside own area of expertise as appropriate. ü Works with client or user management to define a costed and prioritised programme of systems development which supports the organisation's objectives and strategic plans. Communicates information about the agreed programme to IS and client/user management. ü Ensures that resources are made available to support the agreed programme of systems development and that they are properly utilised and accounted for.
