I have a requirement for a Rational tools 'usability expert' The person will train the users on how to use the product and help strategize on what to implement. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Rate: $40.00 / hr, good thru Sept. 30, 2009. Additional info: To try and prescreen our Rational Tools Expert spot for PENNDOT, Have you MANAGED a Rational environment? 1. Have you developed training materials for any of the Rational tools and taught users based on those materials? 2. Have you provided day-to-day user and system support for the Rational tools? 3. Have you MANAGED an implementation and/or upgrade to the Rational toolset? 4. Have you been a part of building a plan and strategy of how tools should be used and rolled out? 5. Have you integrated and customized the tools to meet a clients' intended use? Again, this is not a BA nor an admin. We need solid knowledge of ReqPro, ClearCase and ClearQuest.
