Job Title: Hyperion Consultant Location: TN Duration: 2 to 3 Months *Job Description:* At least 10 years of progressive hardcore Essbase experience (Not in any of other Hyperion products like planning, analyzer or other BI systems). Candidate must be very strong at ESSbase scripts, script optimization, cube / application optimization, administration to some extent. He should have extensive experience in error resolution with script, very good in functional understanding of the data to investigate and resolve issues reported like data mismatches at various levels, investigate error logs. Well experience in the whole process ground up (total cube design from end to end). Good experience in handling ongoing changes to the outline and recalculating history data to reflect new outline whenever necessary. Financial understanding is very important because our cube is financial data / profitability data with complex allocations. On the reporting side, we have very complex reporting written in VB (extracting through excel add-in with VB macros) and report distribution written in VB (sending emails etc. with the reports).
