EP enhancements: Years of Experience: More than eight years Conduct detailed analysis for all model changes related to 3 year forecasting cycle and prepare inventory of all model changes and detailed project plan Design Analyst cube modifications taking application cube sizing and best practices into consideration in support of the new process. Modify all Model libraries within Analyst Staging libraries to ensure that Actuals are sourced within the current period and Contributor applications support 3 year forecasting cycle Setup Architecture for separate DEV and Test environments. Install and configure Planning 8.1 on these environments Review current A-C links and data loads into contributor and adherence to best practices Review Allocations and Admin Links used to transfer data across applications Review Publish process out of Analyst as well as Contributor and suggest modifications to improve performance Deploy all application modifications to the QA/UAT environment Coordinate end-to-end testing with FP&A users and obtain signoff Deploy to Production environment after creating baseline data loads Document all model changes and prepare operational support documents Ensure adherence to best practices during the entire phase of the project.
