Ø Prior BSA experience and commercial insurance product knowledge required. Ø Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including designing and documenting detailed process flows, quality metric standards and reports, development of operational performance Ø Demonstrated project management skills Ø Good analytical and creative problem solving skills Ø Demonstrated expertise to conduct research into system products and requirements Ø Highly self motivated and directed Ø Demonstrated expertise in working in team oriented, collaborative environment Ø Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
