Please respond to [email protected] Position: Blaze Developers Location: Des Moines, IA Duration: 12 Months Need candidates who have experience working with Blaze and Blaze systems Our client is in need of a person (will take as many as anyone can come up with!) with hands on experience with a proprietary tool called BDS (blaze decision systems). Basically business rules are entered into this tool that spits out COBOL code..not looking for a COBOL programmer though. The individual must have experience with BDS. There is a newer version of the product called 'Blaze Advisor' but he is NOT interested in this experience. They are similar but different enough that someone with that type of experience won't do. He has seen several resumes with that experience and refers to them as 'imposters'. It will be found in organizations that make credit decisions..this individual will be working on a team of 8 or 9 people. There are two consultants there from Fair Isaacs currently that started last week and he isn't happy with the price and hasn't seen any tangibles yet from their efforts.
