Knowledge of system analysis and design techniques; knowledge of computer applications, and database management system principles, techniques and capabilities; and knowledge of network computing environments. 5 years experience relative to progressively responsible professional IT work experience in the full systems development life cycle, working on large development efforts with an emphasis on application development using PowerBuilder. Requirements: Excellent communication skills needed to interface with Business Users and managers. Must understand and be capable of writing efficient PL/SQL statements.
