Thorough Understanding and experience in using Web Services. Thorough understanding/experience of middleware concepts. Thorough knowledge and experience in software development life cycle. Excellent understanding of client/server and web technologies. Excellent communications and knowledge transfer skills. Candidate should be able to mentor other team members in technical and functional areas. Ability to perform under pressure in a professional manner. Required to solve medium to complex problem solving skills. Responsible for many events simultaneously and should be comfortable multi-tasking initiatives. Good problem solving skills and has the ability to drive, represent and recommend options to the architecture group based on their requirements. Must have good communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Understanding and experience in Iterative development, Use Case development for Custom and package systems. Preferably energy utilities experience. Preferably have technical background in Java.
