You will work with cross functional teams including IT, Client Services, and Operations to develop high level Vision Scope statements, process and business flows, and present/future processes. Understanding business needs in addition to Voice technology will be a major part of this role. Be a participant along with managing the coordination of problem definition, high level requirements, production validation, post initiative trending and analysis. Requirements include 5+ years of focused Business Analysis experience, strong Voice Industry experience including IVR, PBX, Avaya, and Call Processing Flows.
