Selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Business Analyst responsible for BioPharmaceutical Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for working with business partners in the identification of business process automation opportunities, requirements definition, technology identification, deployment, validation, and move to production of information technology solutions. 1. Experience supporting the IT needs of one or more of Manufacturing, Facilities/Engineering, QA, QC, EH&S, Logistics, Process Development, Technical Services departments in a Life Sciences industry 2. Experience working with business clients to identify business process automation opportunities, and developing and refining the requirements for such systems and how they must fit within an existing technology landscape 3. Experience in FDA-regulated industry, working on the specification, development, implementation, and administration of computerized systems in a cGxP environment 4. Knowledge of key system solutions in support of an integrated biologics manufacturing environment, such as ERP, manufacturing execution systems, data warehouses, analytics and reporting tools, document management, warehouse automation, statistical analysis, etc. 5. Specific experience with one or more of: SAP Documentum S-Plus SAS-JMP TrackWise Aegis Discoverant Oracle ETL Tools Rockwell Automation Suite 6. Awareness of the regulatory regime applicable to biologics manufacturing and support, including FDA, OSHA, EPA, etc. 7. Significant experience in the development and execution of computer validation documentation highly preferred, as is experience in the development and maintenance of procedures 8. Experience developing training requirements and the training of users in a computerized system is a significant advantage 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
