We are looking for a talented senior software engineer to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology group within Thomson Reuters Prof II&RS. This position will be primarily responsible for administering, developing and supporting Salesforce.com applications across the organization. The role will serve as the local SalesForce.com configuration and functionality expert within the CRM Technology group. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com application development and extension, issue identification and resolution, performing application upgrades and updates, setting up users and security, writing reports, training and supporting users. This position participates in all phases of the application development cycle of the SalesForce.com application, and partners with other areas of the Prof II&RS Technology organization to manage integration, database and/or back office related aspects of the application implementation. Secondary responsibilities will be to learn and contribute towards other CRM technologies and initiatives within the CRM Technology group. Salesforce.com application development and extension, generally and with emphasis on order entry/automation c.. Maintain user accounts, roles and profiles in the Salesforce.com application d.. Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application e.. Gather requirements and work with various parts of the organization to create meaningful Salesforce.com reports and dashboards f..
