Position : Desktop Technical Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 4 Months Rate : /Month Job Description: 10% Special Projects as assigned. 20% Installs, upgrades and configures desktop computers, desktop applications, network connectivity, remote connectivity, and desktop phones. 60% Provides users with network and desktop technical support. This includes directing them to the appropriate resolve group if necessary. Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network. 10% Must be responsible for maintaining updates to tickets that are assigned through the call tracking system used. *** Specialized/Practical Knowledge: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary responsibilities satisfactorily. Senior knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Individual must be able to Travel 10 -20 % of the time.
